Linda C. Kettering of New Wilmington passed away unexpectedly at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010, in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System. She was 61. Ms. Kettering was born Aug. 19, 1948, in Sharon to Francis O.
Link and Louise Rader Link. She graduated from Reynolds High School in 1967.
Linda was employed for 15č years as a general inside laborer at Consolidated Coal Co., Fairview, W.Va. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church, Hermitage.
Linda enjoyed bowling, crafts and spending time with her dog, Bogart. Surviving are: two sisters, Aline Gadola, Hermitage; and Joyce Thomas, West Virginia; four brothers, Francis Link and his wife Patsy, Dayton, Ohio; Theodore Link and his wife Sharyn, Greenville; Dennis Link and his wife Laura;
and Gregory O’Linc and his wife Elizabeth, all Hermitage; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda’s name to Sharon Baptist Church, 1531 George St. Extension, Hermitage, PA 16148; or Buhl Park Corp., 730 Forker Blvd.,
Box 709, Sharon, PA 16146.
